Earlier, instead of the Novorossiysk CED, the Krasnodar CED of the Krasnodar Customs operated. The Novorossiysk Electronic Declaration Center was established in September 2018.

In the area of activity of the center there are subdivisions of the Southern Customs Administration of the FCS of Russia, namely customs:

  • Krasnodar;

  • Astrakhan;
  • Sochinskaya;
  • Taganrog;
  • Rostov;
  • Millerovskaya.

Each customs includes several customs points. In the Novorossiysk CED, it is possible to clear customs of any goods that arrive at the customs posts of the above customs offices or depart from there.

The Novorossiysk CED is located in the Krasnodar Area at the address: Novorossiysk, st.Myskhakskoeshosse, 61. Landmarks are the Novorossiysk port, the M-4 Don highway (Moscow) and A-290 (Kerch), the Novorossiysk railway station.

According to the results of the first half of 2019, 41148 declarations for goods were issued in the CED of Novorossiysk, which amounted to 99% of the total volume of declarations of the Novorossiysk customs. Of these, 80% of export declarations and 49% of import declarations are automatically registered. 23% of export declarations and 15% of import declarations were automatically issued.
