For legal entities - a letter of attorney and an identity document (passport or document replacing it) for the transfer of goods. A power of attorney must be properly drawn up on the organization's letterhead and contain:

• date of issue;

• place of issue;

• number;

• details of the legal entity;

• validity period;

• passport data of the individual to whom the power of attorney was issued;

• the signature of the head of the legal entity, the chief accountant and the individual to whom the power of attorney was issued, with the decrypted names;

For a private person, the sender provides a passport or other identity documents.

• invoices confirming the estimated value of the cargo;

• consignment notes (TORG-14) with a blue seal of the organization;

• waybills for internal movement of cargo (TORG-13, M-11, M-12, M-15, 15-OH).

For special categories of goods, the following documents are either provided:

• documents certifying the special properties of the cargo,

• certificates of conformity (if the cargo is subject to certification),

• documents required for the implementation of state, sanitary and other types of control by the relevant authorities.

Procedure for registration of urgent carriage of cargo by aircraft

When using the services of urgent delivery of cargo by air, two things are of the utmost importance:

1. Firstly, if the client is a legal entity, company or institution, it is necessary to conclude a separate contract for freight forwarding services with a company that is an intermediary between the sender of the cargo and the air carrier.

2. Secondly, if the client is an individual, then for registration of transportation, including urgent, the format of filling in a special form is used.

In general, the order of work of a forwarding company for sending urgent cargo by air is as follows:

• An application is submitted to the address of the carrier's agent or forwarding company. The application can be completed both by filling out the appropriate document (forwarding order), and through the company's website, in electronic form:

• After the application is approved, the freight forwarder asks the client to provide all accompanying documents for the shipped cargo.

• If the goods or cargo is valuable equipment, things or documents, then insurance is necessary. The forwarder is also involved in this matter.

• After the documents for transportation are accepted, the freight forwarder performs a full calculation or calculation of transportation in accordance with the tariffs, including additional charges.

• When sending goods abroad, customs clearance is required.

Fares, charges and other payments for urgent air cargo delivery

In case of urgent shipment of goods by air, almost all air carriers, as well as agency companies, use a certain tariff system for calculations. This tariff system includes such an obligatory payment as the base tariff (the tariffs used at Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo airports in summer of 2019):

• processing of dangerous cargo - from 2000 rubles for each sheet of the "Declaration on the shipment of dangerous goods on board the aircraft";

• “dangerous cargo”marking - 100 - 200 rubles for each sticker;

• filling - from 200 rubles for each piece of cargo (excluding customs seals);

• for heavy cargo, an additional 10 rubles is charged for each kilogram above the minimum standard of 50 kg.
